The music of blues band, South Saturn Delta, reads like a recipe for American music gumbo; equal parts jazz, blues, soul, gospel and the spirit of New Orleans permeate their songs along with a dose of Hendrix added like Tabasco sauce. South Saturn Delta is an inspired group of artists who habitually "drink from the well" that is the reservoir of American roots music; allowing it to infuse and inspire artistically when writing original compositions and re-interpreting song.
They will be complemented by the Fifth Edition Jazz Band, a New Jersey group favorite that serves up swinging renditions of jazz classics with superb instrumentation and vocals.
The music continues on Sunday with the sounds of Friends offering up a wide range of sounds including classic rock, Southern rock, Motown, Philadelphia Soul and more. Also on stage will be Jersey Gold, a 10-person doo-op band that will bring back the 'oldies" singing your favorite hits from The Good Old Happy Days –a perfect fit for WineFest's sixth annual Classic Car Show featuring 80 vintage vehicles. WineFest attendees will be given ballots and encouraged to vote for their favorite cars in a wide variety of different categories.

It's an opportunity to check out trendy fashion accessories, distinctive handcrafted jewelry, stocking stuffers, tabletop items, decorative accents and gifts for everyone on the holiday shopping list.
While adults are enjoying their jazz, blues and wine, the children have a choice of fun activities as well. Top activity will be their own kids' concert by Sara O'Brien and the Honey Babes—a mix of the Bangles, the Go-Go's and the Brady Bunch with a little B-52's and a splash of orphan Annie tossed in. Sara and the Honey Babes share with their audience a concert full of catchy pop tunes written by kids, for kids and for anyone with a sense of humor and a passion to express themselves. There are songs about tofu chicken wings, "never be bratty", teenage years, summertime, dragons, castles, wanting to play all day, taking that train to the moon, rainy days, school coming soon, and most importantly "Being Weird is Cool!" And if the kids tire of the music, they can always entertain themselves with the free pony rides at WineFest.
Meanwhile, adults who get their fill of the music and other activities can find more excitement in WineFest's helicopter which features a 10-minute ride over the New Jersey Pine Barrens, Wharton State Park and the three Valenzano farms where the wine grapes and other produce are grown. Cost for the 10-minute ride is $25 a person.
