All grapes are hand selected by cluster, de-stemmed, pressed and fermented, bottled and labeled by a select few under the supervision of the winemaker. The expanding winery now includes a party deck overlooking the vineyard. The frequent small plane traffic belching skydivers and parachutists add to the attraction of a relaxing afternoon sipping wine.
